  1. Food and drink have become central to many aspects of consumers’ lives. Chefs are becoming thought leaders. Major innovation, design and technology conferences are zeroing in on food and how we will feed ourselves as the Earth’s population balloons. Steve Chen also follows this new trend, the food live-video sharing website is definitely popular one.

Whenever I need to find something regarding a place to eat, which brand to buy and etc I always google “best *whatever im looking up*” and usually the first link says something like “The 15 best …”. These trends are useful as they’re the best of their kind. As a consumer, trend reports like these are amazing and very helpful.
