I have been involved with blogging for a long time. I love teaching, writing, consulting, and communicating with people. I have co-authored two textbooks that have been used around the world and I am active on social media.
I am extremely passionate about the blog. No longer are communications about companies and their brands uni-directional (from them to us). Today, through social media, the general public and those writing online about specific companies, brands, and issues have a tremendous impact upon what we think about those companies and brands. “Viral” is now as important a concept as “advertising.”
