When thinking about innovation you usually just think about product innovation. This slide states there are many several other types of innovation that I didn’t take into mind. The aspects are broken down into four main categories which are Process, Offering, Delivery, and Finance. The Category od Delivery is broken down into one aspect called customer experience. and then specified into how to make an overall better experience for the customer. I never really thought about this but now that I look back as a consumer I do better enjoy products when my experience in attaining them was a better experience. I agree with this slideshow because it really breaks down everything into the specifics of different types of innovation.
