Blogging can be rewarding in many ways. I write this as I hit post 340 on this blog (and 500 on my other blog on retailing). It can be a great way to connect to people around the world. But, it is time consuming, too.

I encourage more of you to blog; and here are two posts on how to get started for free with WordPress: WordPress tutorials and a beginner’s guide to blogging written by me.

If you are hesitant to become a blogger, here are several things to consider (from ):

  1. Do you enjoy communicating with people?
  2. Do you have a topic that interests you enough to talk about on an ongoing basis?
  3. Do you prefer to write, speak, or make videos?
  4. Do you enjoy learning new skills?
  5. Are you a self-starter?
  6. Do you have time to invest in your blog?
  7. Do you really want to be famous?
  8. Can you handle criticism?
  9. Are you patient and persistent?
  10. Do you have a sense of humor?

  1. I like to communicate with others, because in my perspective, communicate with more people, you can learn more from others. But sometimes i don’t have patient to do some things that i don’t interested in.
