University of Pennsylvania Motivational Speech by Denzel Washington
For those not very familiar with Denzel Washington, take a look at a few highlights from his Wikipedia bio:
“Denzel Hayes Washington Jr. is an American actor, director, and producer. He has received two Golden Globe awards, one Tony Award, and two Academy Awards: As a result, he is widely regarded as one of the greatest actors of his generation, and is considered an American cultural icon. Washington earned a bachelor’s degree from Fordham. In addition, did a year of graduate study at the American Conservatory Theater.”
Washington has also given back to the community. Especially with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Which he participated in while growing up. He is a member of its Hall of Fame and a long-time spokesperson.
