According to Brad Dinerman in this GFI white paper: “As with any new tool or application, it is always important to keep a close watch on its security implications. Each of these tools comes with its own set of security concerns which can put your information systems and/or personal data at risk. This white paper will look at some of these risks and identify possible solutions to help protect you, your personal information, and your company data. Of the three social networking sites mentioned, Facebook is generally considered the most casual; Twitter and LinkedIn are typically used for professional purposes. LinkedIn allows you to add Connections, Twitter creates Followers, and Facebook has Friends.”

This design is spectacular! You obviously know how to keep a reader amused. Between your wit and your videos, I was almost moved to start my own blog (well, almost…HaHa!) Wonderful job. I really loved what you had to say, and more than that, how you presented it. Too cool!

In California, any company which accepts a credit card number without first disclosing the “actual name and address from which the business is conducted” is guilty of a criminal offense. (B&P code section 17538). That’s not well known, and might apply in this situation.
