This is a really interesting tool! I helps you to realize strengths and weaknesses. And eventually you realize what kinds of things you need to work on as a person, employee, etc. As an RA I have to help residents all the time and I really want to bring this assessment to them so they can find out their strengths and weaknesses also. I think every college student should consider this SWOT. It may even help undecided students to pick a major once they figure out where they excel.
