While I would love to listen to Brandon Steiner speak, I unfortunately have class at this time. Steiner revolutionized the sports memorabilia industry. Being a die-hard sports fan (Islanders, Jets, and Yankees), I have spent my share of money on Steiner’s products. One thing I like about Steiner, is that they have above average customer service — I have experienced a couple of issues with my Steiner orders, but they corrected my order. Customer service is important and if your customers are happy, they will comeback. Having strong customer service is indispensable if you want to succeed. If your customers do not trust you, they will not comeback. Having good customer service can go a long way.
