Add your thoughts here… (optional)
Rather than other three, Flexibility was rarely mentioned in the past several years in US job fields, from my perspective. Is it presenting the struggle of current economy? Because if we translate it into other words, this requirement is actually “handle multi-tasks” and “adopt to job that is open”. Anyway, it’s real tough outside school and we need to prepare our best to overcome the worst.
Good comments.
In my perspective, clear communications abilities is the basic but the most important job skill for 2013, especially for a marketer. Because if you want others to believe you or persuaded by you, firstly you have to make others understand you, in order to get this goal, you must have a good communications abilities, so this ability is very significant.
And distinctive personal branding.
I completely agreed with the 4 skills listed but I thought a very important fifth skill that should have been added is the ability to think on your feet, as this is crucial when facing a tough deadline or when a dilemma arises that needs a swift and intelligent response.
