What is the best decision cited in YOUR opinion?
Just like the book says sometimes change a business decision is easy, but change a decision for a company, especially a big company, will bring maybe more profits, or bring some trouble, just like an old saying goes“every cine has two sides”. Consequently, thinking carefully before you want to change a business decision.
the definition of best is hard to define, in my opinion it should be appropriate for the organization’s specific situation. It’s like the for more sales, Ford makes virtual integration; for the design, Apple insist in creativity, use all the new technology in life application to attract potential customer.

I think that the most important business decision discussed was the doubling of worker’s wages by Henry Ford. prior to this businessmen focused on maximizing profits for themselves which usually lead the workers to fend for themselves with extremely low wages. Henry Ford’s brilliant maneuver brought about a consumer revolution that has made it possible for the American lifestyle to be what it is today.
