Many firms are actively involved on Twitter and Facebook, but not adequately studying the return on investment (ROI) from their investments at the these social media sites.

    It is interesting to see that CEOs think so little of marketing efforts through the social media. It really speaks to executive level management needing to become more involved with what is left of middle management.
